The client was moving premises and looked at several properties, for which we produced a basic space plan for three, before they decided on their final location, they wanted to stay in or near Soho for business and staffing purposes.

Our designer produced a draft design document that included several features, including brickettes in the main area and decorative acoustic wall finishes within the meeting rooms. Once agreed, work commenced on producing the agreed finish.

The client was moving to the top floor of the building where the external windows curved into the ceiling, by incorporating this feature into the design it maximised light into the offices and did produce some challenges when installing new partitions.
