The client moved to Sheffield to combine two separate offices into one. The site was close to the main railway station to ease commuting for the re-located staff.

We initially stripped two floors and working to the design provided by their architect, refurbished, and fitted new partitions, offices, meeting areas, breakout areas, and a large comms room to service the Midland areas.

Following their move to the new premises, the 3rd floor became available and was acquired by Sopra. Having worked on the previous two floors we were contracted to fit-out this floor in a similar style to the previous two, comprising of mainly meeting rooms including audio visual and breakout areas.
