The client purchased the premises with the intention of converting the property into offices, with a studio flat above.

Firstly, the interior was stripped out and the walls and beams were sand blasted to bring back to the original structure. We repaired floors, ceilings, and sash windows to enable the installation of full height glass partitions to give the space a light and airing feel. Toilets and tea points were installed to the ground and first floors.

The second floor was converted into a studio flat, including the installation of sound proofing to meet residential requirements. A kitchen, bathroom, and mezzanine floor for a bedroom, completed the accommodation.
